Platforms

There are many initiatives and projects that over the years have been undertaken and developed to experiment techniques and functional solutions for the protection of nature, for the conservation of habitats and species, for the adaptation and mitigation of climate change, for the contrast of species invasive and more generally to a correct management of the environmental and naturalistic heritage.

Significantly important is the systemisation, enhancement and capitalization of the efforts made and the results achieved so far, with the aim of sharing the good practices developed within all these multiple initiatives, their transferability and replicability on the European territory, and especially within the Natura 2000 network, the most significant system of protected areas in all of Europe.

In this sense, the platforms represent an ideal tool for the collection and networking of the multiple experiences and results achieved.

This page lists the most important platforms dedicated to the collection and sharing of experiences aimed at nature conservation.
