The presentations of the reports of the 1st European LIFE GoProFor Conference held in Palermo last 11 November are available online. The event, entitled "“LIFE AND NATURA 2000 NETWORK. From Projects experience to a shared model for Forest Management” saw among the speakers representatives of important European institutions and partnerships of 8 LIFE projects and among the stakeholders of 10 European countries.
The Conference was an opportunity both to share the results of the first year of the LIFE GoProFor project and to launch a strategic network with other organizations and institutions from various countries, continued the following day with the Workshop entitled “European training system for forest management in Natura 2000 Network”.
